When I shop I always avoid the usual nasties such as flouride, aspartame, monosodium glutamate, sodium, battery eggs and many others. However do we really know what is in our foods? For example there is no law requiring food producers to come clean on whether they are using GMO an/or pesticides. I always look for products labelled 'organic' and 'local'but they are not always easy to find. This new research is shocking to anyone who values clean, natural products
